Journaling Connect Groups are virtual, Zoom-based discipleship groups designed to help believers build consistent spiritual rhythms through Scripture, reflection, prayer, and application. These groups are relational, but transformation is the goal—rooted in God’s Word and lived out daily.
This is not a class or lecture-style study. It is a discipleship environment where growth happens through consistency, Scripture, and Spirit-led conversation.
Participants will follow an 8-Week Bible Reading Plan through key New Testament books: Romans, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, James, and 1, 2, & 3 John.
The plan is simple and sustainable:
One chapter per day, Monday–Saturday
Sundays are intentional pause days for reflection or catching up
Each week includes a theme, a short prayer, and a declaration
This rhythm is designed to help believers grow in grace, freedom, identity, maturity, obedience, and assurance through daily engagement with Scripture.
Participants will use the SOAP Journaling Method to engage Scripture and apply it to everyday life:
Scripture – Write the verse that stands out
Observation – Note what you learn
Application – Reflect on how to live it out
Prayer – Pray God’s Word back to Him
No prior journaling experience is required. This method helps slow down, reflect, and hear God more clearly through His Word.
Groups meet virtually via Zoom
Participants read and journal independently during the week
Group time is used for sharing insights, Scripture discussion, and prayer
Sharing is encouraged, not forced
Scripture remains central in every conversation

God forms us through His Word—quietly, consistently, and over time. These groups create intentional space for Scripture to shape how we think, pray, respond, and live.
